The prestige Botaniq development on the site of the former Hackney Hotel, overlooking Adelaide’s Torrens River parklands will feature a three-storey boutique hotel, five levels of apartments and luxury ‘sky lofts’ and 15 premium-quality townhouses.
The Project
Before Datum Electrical was brought on board, the project was expected to come in significantly over budget. However, our team worked with the builder and engineers, and identified substantial cost-savings, including sourcing alternative fittings and re-designing the installation – without compromising the overall superior level of amenity and comfort that the market was expecting.
